Terms of Use
The basics
When you create an account on newmedigrow.com, you're agreeing to the terms below. No legalese.
You need to be 21
No exceptions. By creating an account, you're confirming you are.
What you get
Your membership gives you access to our growing guides, articles, photo galleries, live chat, photo submissions, and the ability to book calls with our team. We also source and provide cannabis clones to members through separate arrangements.
What this isn't
We're educators and consultants who've spent years learning what works in Northern New Mexico's high desert. We're not licensed producers yet. We're working toward that, and in the meantime we work with some of the best growers in Northern NM. We're not lawyers or doctors either. Our content comes from real experience, not a textbook.
Growing is unpredictable. Weather, pests, water, soil, your setup, your schedule. There's a lot we can't control once you take what you've learned home. We'll set you up right. What happens after that depends on you.
Know your legal limits
Home growing is legal in New Mexico under the Cannabis Regulation Act. But there are limits:
- 6 mature plants per person, 12 per household
- Plants stay out of public view and away from kids
- You can't sell, trade, or give away what you grow
These laws can change. Keeping up with them is on you. We'll do our best to keep our content current, but we're growers, not attorneys.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. One account, one person. If you ever want out, reach out through our contact page and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it.
Our content stays here
Everything on this site (the articles, guides, images, videos) belongs to newmedigrow. Your membership is for your eyes, not for redistribution. Don't screenshot guides and post them. Don't forward articles to non-members.
Want to share? Share the site. Not the content.
Your photos
When you submit a grow photo, it's still yours. You're giving us permission to show it on the site alongside your first name and general area (like "David, Santa Fe"). We'll never post your full name, email, or anything that identifies you beyond that.
We review every photo before it goes up, and we can choose not to post anything for any reason. Want something taken down? Just ask.
Clones
Clones are living plants. Once they're in your hands, they're your responsibility. We'll support you through check-ins and guidance, but we can't control what happens in your environment.
Our replacement guarantee is for members who stay in touch and follow the basics. If plants fail because they weren't watered for two weeks in August, that's a different conversation. We'll go over the details when you sign up.
Third-party services
Live chat runs through Tawk.to (their privacy policy). Booking runs through Simply Schedule Appointments. Emails go through MailerLite. None of them get more than what's needed to do their job.
We keep your business your business
We know cannabis is legal and still personal. Some of our members would rather not broadcast that they grow. We respect that.
- We'll never sell or share your information
- We strip location data from uploaded photos
- No analytics, no tracking, no ads
- We will never identify you as a member without your permission
Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Don't do these things
- Share your login
- Copy or redistribute our content
- Submit photos that aren't yours
- Use the site commercially
- Be harmful or harassing through our forms or chat
We can end the relationship
If you violate these terms, we may suspend or close your account. We'll tell you why.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, newmedigrow isn't liable for crop failure, pest damage, financial loss, or any other outcome related to your use of this site or its content. We put real care into what we publish. We can't promise it will work perfectly for every situation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
If we update these terms
We'll let you know by email or on the site. If you keep using the site after that, you're accepting the changes.
